How do I change my address? . . .

Online banking users may log into their accounts and change it through a form. For security purposes, non users of online banking must request this form or fill it out in person.

Can I be a member? . . .

Membership is available to those who live or work in Greene or Christian County, Missouri. It is also available to family of existing members and those who belong to our SEG's. Please see our "About Us" page for a list of existing SEG relationships.

Does my Debit/ATM/Credit card have daily limits? . . .

Yes, Metro utilizes various daily limits to assist in controlling potential fraud. If you have questions regarding these amounts or wish to change a limit, please contact Metro.

Do I need to notify Metro when I travel? . . .

Yes, it is important to notify Metro of your travel plans. This helps avoid potential issues with blocked cards.

What are my options if my card is declined? . . .

You may contact Metro during business hours at 417.869.9654 or call 888.526.0404 for after hours service. You may activate your new card at 417.862.4325 (TOCHECK).

What if I need a new PIN for my card? . . .

Metro can repin a card at a branch or we can have a new PIN sent by mail. Mailing can take up to 7-10 business days but there is a rush order option available. Fees may apply.

What do I do if I have a fraudulent charge on my card? . . .

Contact Metro as soon as you notice an unfamiliar charge on your account. It is important to be timely.
