“ToCheck” Upgrade

Our new “TOCHECK” Audio Response System has gone live today. 

You will find new features that have been added to the system, such as speech recognition and the ability to schedule transfers in the future.    

If you are wondering why we changed providers??  Our old audio service was no longer being supported so a change had to be made.    We realize any change will take time to learn the new menus.   Click here for a call flow diagram that should help you find what you are looking for as you are navigating through the new menu items.
